Our lawn treatment service consists of four visits per year starting in March and ending in November when lawns have usually stopped growing. Each visit contains a different formulation of fertilizer to meet your lawns needs and any weeds or moss that is present is treated at the same time.
The lawn treatment service can-be started mid way through a year although the best results are where the lawn is applied with the four different formulations.
After the treatments are finished for the year we asses the need for aeration and scarification of the lawn.
Treatment 1
This is carried out in the spring which is suited to cooler temperatures and encourages growth and colour in the grass, a moss killer is also applied to kill any moss that has grown over the winter and post-emergence hebicide is applied to control any broad leafed weeds present.
Treatment 2
This is carried out in the early summer which feeds and nourishes the lawn, thickening the grass and we also control any weeds present
Treatment 3
This continues to nourish the lawn making the grass plant thick and strong to ward off any diseases, we also control any weeds
Treatment 4
This is our liquid micronutrient feed which provides long lasting winter colour and toughens the grass plant ready for the winter, any moss present is also treated.
